The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 334 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 121, 379, 414, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 39 of U.A.P. Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Shamsher. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is lady. She is in custody since 8.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
