JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.N. Thakur, learned counsel for the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.02.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22/23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From the possession of the petitioner 3.5 Kg of Ganja was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery of the contraband is between small and commercial quantity and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. A statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Moreover the investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20279 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsha P.S. Case No. 19 of 2016, G.R. No. 357 of 2016.
