JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47-A of the Excise Act. In huge quantity sprit was recovered from a bolero jeep and the informant lodged the case disclosing this fact that at the time of alleged recovery, the aforesaid bolero jeep was being driven by one Mukul Baitha but it appears from the impugned order that subsequently, informant changed his stand and stated that it was petitioner who was driving the vehicle in question. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
