Petitioners are in custody in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019, Special Case No. 3717 of 2019 for the offence Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 180 liters of Toddy was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 09.04.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
