Petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2016 in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case No.305 of 2013 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the IPC.
As per the prosecution case, it is a case of theft of a truck loaded with gitti by the accused persons.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. A mobile phone of the Khalasi of the truck in question is said to have been used by the petitioner. Petitioner had purchased a second hand mobile from the market without knowing that the same was theft

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Patna City in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case No.305 of 2013.
