2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 20, 25 and 8C of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of the alleged recovery of 7.50 Kg. Ganja kept in a plastic bag from the vacant room of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner had no knowledge about the said Ganja as the same appears to have been kept in his abandoned house when he had gone outside to attend the occasion of the family function. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
