Patna High Court MJC No.3857 of 2018(12) dt.03-05-2023 2/3 seeking substitution of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. I.A. No. 1 of 2023, being formal in nature, is not opposed, hence, is allowed.
The registry is directed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, whose details have been mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the present petition.
I.A. No. 01 of 2023 stands allowed.
Re. MJC No. 3857 of 2018 As per submission of the learned counsel for the respondent - Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation ( for brevity' the Corporation) an amount of Rs. 4,61,022.00 ( Four Lakh Sixty One Thousand and Twenty Two) being the petitioner's due wages outstanding has been authorized for payment through CFMS/PFMS/RTGS under order dated 24.04.2023, bearing Memo No. 3230 issued by the Deputy General Manager, Administration of the respondentCorporation. The arrears difference arising out of 5th and 6th pay revision have also been paid in terms of communication date 18.04.2023, bearing memo no. 459 issued by the District Manager of the respondent- Corporation.
The petitioner's counsel submits that the payments are subject to verification and, if any discrepancy is found, the
