The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband and Rajesh Modi the informant made very specific allegation that the petitioner and others poisoned his sister to death. It is submitted that other accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail and the case is compromised. Considering the fact that after institution of the case, all the accused persons made attempt to tamper the evidence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
