Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the filed of this petitioner, liquor was recovered and allegation is that the same is of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jadopur Police Station Case No. 39 of 2017, with the following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32520 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
