The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 109 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

His prayer for bail was earlier rejected by order dated 13.10.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33407 of 2014 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months.

It has been contended that though the petitioner is in custody since 5th May, 2014 but till date only three out of six witnesses could be examined during trial.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24119 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S.
