JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-09-2022 Vide order dated 25.07.2022, the petition of petitioner no.1, namely, Kulvansh Ram (Dealer) @ Kulbansh Paswan @ Dilar Kulbansh Ram has already been dismissed as withdrawn. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners no.2 to 6 and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35484 of 2022(3) dt.08-09-2022 2/3 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of outraging the modesty of the informant as well as assault upon her brother, namely, Deepak by coaccused Vivek Paswan @ Bipin Paswan. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate incident. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, namely, Dinesh Paswan, Dhanjee Paswan @ Bholu Paswan @ Bhulu Paswan @ Bhola Paswan, Sudama Paswan, Udal Paswan and Dhananjay Paswan @ Sunil Kumar in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
