JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it is alleged that two dacoits were caught on the spot and the aforesaid apprehended dacoits disclosed the name of petitioner and others. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 06.02.2016 but he has not been put on T.I.P and apart from this, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case
