Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected twice by this court.

It is submitted that charge has already framed in this case on 25.10.2021 but till date none of the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
