The petitioner seeks bail in Cr. Appeal No. 98/2014 (arising out of Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 176/2012, 177/12), G.R. Case No. 2818/2012/Tr. No. 3305/2013.

The petitioner was convicted under Section 387/34 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo R.I. for three years and fine of Rs. 1,000/-.

It is submitted that the petitioner remained in custody since 15.10.2012. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two years nine months but his prayer for bail was rejected by the IVth learned Additional Sessions Judge.

Considering the facts aforesaid that the petitioner has

No.25374 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 already remained in jail for about two years nine months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial court in G.R. no. 2818/2012, corresponding to Trial no. 3305/2013.
