The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The case was lodged against unknown for kidnapping of Jayanti Raj. Jayanti Raj made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P. C. but she did not disclose the name of petitioner. She also made her statement under section 161 of the Cr. P.C. but she did not name the petitioner. The petitioner happens to be maternal uncle of Mithu Kumar who was pressurizing the victim to marry with him. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 07.03.2015, the above named petitioner is
