The petitioner seeks bail in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 178/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant suspected the name of the petitioner for kidnapping of his daughter. The victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She disclosed that she left her house and solemnized marriage with Ganpat Rishi (the petitioner). No body kidnapped her.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23846 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Sri Ajay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnia in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 178/2014.
