ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/353/332/379/386/427/354/448/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire case against these petitioners is false and fabricated and the allegations against petitioners having come to the school, damaged cycle and motor-cycle and also assaulted the teachers are wholly frivolous and farfetched. The petitioners are ladies and have been

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the other co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 19361 of 2016 vide order dated 05.05.2016, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 08/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
