It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that several persons were killed in a truck accident and after that crowd got agitated and set the police station as well as vehicle in question on fire. It is further contended on behalf of the petitioner that some of the FIR named accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 18.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.17570/2015 and other analogous cases.

It is submitted that so far as petitioner is concerned, no specific overt-act has been attributed against him and moreover, for the same occurrence, altogether three FIRs have been registered. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the

Sessions Judge does not reflect any specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (T) P.S.
