2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. For quashing of the impugned order dated 19.07.2016 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.161 of 2016 (annexed as Annexure-10).

II. For quashing of the impugned order dated 02.02.2013 passed in the Rent Fixation Case No.11 of 2011 by the Respondent no.2 (annexed as Annexure-8) whereby and whereunder, he has set aside the order dated 06.04.2010, passed in Jamabandi Correction Case No.01 of 2009-10.

III. For grant injunction/stay restraining the respondent authorities of the State of Bihar from giving effect to or implementing the impugned order dated 02.02.2013.

IV. To pass order directing the respondents not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner on the land appertaining to C.S.

Khata No.07, Plot No.(i) 200, Area 02 Katha 01 dhur and (ii) 226, Area 02 Katha 05 dhurs situated at village Mananpur, Anchal Bhaganpur, District- Begusarai.

V. Pass any other appropriate order or direction in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall follow the order dated 19.07.2016 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.161 of 2016 (annexed as Annexure-10) to take appropriate steps so that the order be passed in presence of both the parties.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that it is a dispute between the two private litigants.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of private respondents submits that he is also agree that any order be passed in presence of both the parties.

6. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is hereby dismissed with liberty that the petitioner may pursue in the light of order dated 19.07.2016 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.161 of 2016 (annexed as Annexure-10).
