Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has returned her home safely and her statement u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded. The statement of victim goes to reflect that her relation with the petitioner was very sweet and she went along with the petitioner to Katihar by her own sweet will.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
