JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2026 Though the present petition has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of the connected petition bearing Criminal Misc. No. 67546 of 2025, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 19.09.2025, however at the outset, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh regular bail petition for grant of bail to the petitioner in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
