This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 07.07.2020 passed in Cri. Appeal (SJ) No. 1385 of 2020 as respect to the period fixed by this Court for surrender and filing of bail bonds by the appellants. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, for the reasons stated in the petition, this Court deems it just and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29907 of 2020(2) dt.09-11-2020 2/2 proper to modify the relevant part of the order dated 07.07.2020.

It is directed that if the appellants surrender within four weeks from today and comply with the order dated 07.07.2020 by surrendering and submitting the bail bonds of the given amount, the appellants shall be allowed the benefit of the order dated 07.07.2020 passed in Cri. Appeal (SJ) No. 1385 of 2020.
