Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Idrish Nut and after that petitioner was arrested and put on test identification parade but the prosecution witnesses failed to identify the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Bela P.S. Case no. 177/2015.
