The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,341,342,307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he along with Nago yadav pierced Kachiya (sharp cutting weapon) into the eyes of injured, Ajay yadav, as a result he became blind.
Considering the nature of accusation, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014
