The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2022 in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 283 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 135 litres of country made liquor and 4000 kg. of Mahua flower from bolero vehicle and it was disclosed that the petitioner is the main leader of the illicit liquor business.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.04.2022 he shall be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35362 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise, Court No. 2, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 283 of 2021.

The petitioner will visit the concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
