Petitioner is accused in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 98 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is accused in one other case i.e. Raniganj P.S. Case No. 221 of 2012 registered under section 323, 324, 307, 326 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act by Munna Thakur, in which petitioner has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court, except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and is in custody since 03.02.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23201 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.
