In the background of land dispute while informant along with his son Narad Muni Sah was working in his field, all the accused including the petitioner armed variously came and assaulted informant with axe over his neck, when his wife Sangita came, she was also assaulted.

Apart from the fact that there happens to be omnibus allegation, the impugned order also suggests the same category of allegation persisting during course of investigation. Although, it divulges presence of injuries over the person of informant as well as his son Monu Sah, Lal Bahadur and wife Sangita Devi. Furthermore, co-accused Baliram Sah and Binod Sah standing on similar footing have already been granted bail vide Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23215 of 2015 (02) dt.09-07-2015 Miscellaneous No.19387 of 2015 and 6029 of 2015. Accordingly, petitioner, Raj Lal Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P.
