The petitioners are aggrieved by discrimination in the matter of grant of promotion.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similar issue was examined by this Court in CWJC No. 10620 of 2017 which was disposed of by order dated 19.4.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10203 of 2018(3) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 the petitioners in the light of the order dated 19.4.2018 passed in CWJC No. 10620 of 2017 and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is similar to that of the petitioner of CWJC No. 10620 of 2017, the same benefit should be extended to the present petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
