One Rakesh Kumar was apprehended who confessed his guilt. The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Rakesh Kumar. The petitioner is in jail since 20.02.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
