The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11142/2020 and for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.25,000/ (Rupees twenty five thousand) in the P.M. Cares Fund as well as the period of furnishing bail bond. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of deposit of amount as well as the period of furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Excise Case No. 55 of 2020 arising out of Kudra P.S. Case No. 15/2020 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III cum Special Judge Excise Act,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5586 of 2021(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 Kaimur at Bhabua.

The order dated 11.06.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
