The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, it is alleged that the victim Shiksha Kumari, daughter of the informant, became taceless from the house in the right of 4.3.2014. It is also alleged that during the course of search it has come that accused/ petitioner kidnapped the victim. The informant clamed that his daughter was kidnapped by the accused petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim was in love with the petitioner and due to that the victim had decided to leave the house by her own consent and she

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23945 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 traveled upto Bombay and at no point of time she made any protest. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 2.4.2015. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody as he has got no criminal antecedent.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that .there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail, after completion of six months in custody from 2.4.2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga, in Sakatpur P.S.Case No.10 of 2014.
