The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.06.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From a motor cycle being driven by the petitioner 3.850 Kg. Ganja were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is slightly above the small quantity. Statement has been in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation has already been concluded. Learned A.P.P. does not dispute the aforesaid facts. Considering the fact that recovery is slightly above the small quantity and the investigation has already been concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
