Informant has alleged that near the house of Kishan Yadav, Mantu Yadav armed with pistol, Chhotu Yadav (petitioner), Rajesh Yadav apprehended him and on an order of Chhotu Yadav, Mantu Yadav shot at causing injury at right armpit.

Taking into account the allegation, petitioner, Chotu Yadav @ Sanjeet Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Khizarsarai P. S. Case no.239 of 2014.
