Both these applications for grant of regular bail arise out of same Muffasil P.S. Case No. 72 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. They have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34810 of 2020(7) dt.02-03-2021 2/2 It is the prosecution's case that these petitioners along with one Ravish Kumar @ Rabua entered into the informant's house looking for the son-in-law of the informant Karamveer @ Chhotu Mandal. Allegedly, co-accused Ravish Kumar @ Rabua shot the informant's husband dead.

It has been argued on behalf of the petitioners in both the cases that there is no specific allegation of assault against these petitioners, though such specific allegation is there against co-accused Ravish Kumar @ Rabua.

Considering the nature of accusation as against the petitioners, these applications are allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger, in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 72 of 2020.
