JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of the Opposite parties making following statement in paragraph 3:- "3. That in compliance of the order passed in CWJC No. 343 of 2014 dated 07.04.2014 and the order dated 26.04.2017 in LPA Nop. 1201 of 2014 for payment of the arrears of salary for the period 16.04.2013 to 15.03.2015 a cheque bearing No. 034183 dated 09.04.2019 for a sum of Rs. 2,62,905/- has been prepared. The petitioner may receive said cheque from the Account section of the Head of Office of the Bank."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite parties submitted that the benefits consequential to the order of this Court dated 07.04.2014, passed in CWJC No. 343 of 2014 and the order dated 26.04.2017 passed in LPA No. 1201 of 2014 have been given and the petitioner has received the amount of salary for the period in question.
3. As regards payment of post retiral dues, it has been stated that the same shall be paid to the petitioner, in the light of the orders of this Court passed in CWJC No. 14799 of 2012 and LPA No. 980 of 2016, which has been affirmed by the Supreme Court.
4. In view of the aforementioned stand taken on behalf of the Opposite parties, in my opinion, no case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out.
5. This application stands disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Bank for payment of arrears of pensionary benefits and other benefits, which he may be found entitled to.
