The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 302, 337, 338, 34 of the Penal Code pending in the Court of ACJM II Danapur, Patna. Counsel for the petitioner submits that other coaccused namely Vinod Mochi, Dharmendra Kumar, Sakuntala Devi, Pramila Kumar @ Mauli Kumari and Puja Devi @ Puna Devi have been allowed bail in Cr. Mic. No. 5612 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 19401 of 2019.

Learned APP points out from the FIR as well as statement of the informant recorded in the case diary that specific allegation of assault is against the petitioner and one Gorakh Nath Das.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32982 of 2019(3) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation attributed to the petitioner regarding causing fatal blow this Court is not inclined to allow petitioner's prayer for bail. The same is rejected.
