JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report and is languishing in jail custody since 02.03.2015 in a case registered under section 364A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is apparent from the materials available on the record as well as submissions of the parties, that having more or less similar allegation several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this court. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent as it is evident from perusal of Para-3 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23342 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S.Case No.152 of 2014.
