Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 47 of the Excise Act and Section 3/5 of Mahua Flower (Control) Act, 2006. In huge quantity of Mahua Flowers were recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 4.2.2016. Petitioner is a lady and does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, at the time of aforesaid recovery, the petitioner had disclosed that three F.I.R. named accused had kept the aforesaid Mahua Flowers in her house.
