JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 47 of the Excise Act and Section 3/5 of Mahua Flower (Control) Act, 2006. In huge quantity of Mahua Flowers were recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 4.2.2016. Petitioner is a lady and does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, at the time of aforesaid recovery, the petitioner had disclosed that three F.I.R. named accused had kept the aforesaid Mahua Flowers in her house. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
