This is an application for modification of order dated 15.04.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33679 of 2012, on the ground that there is apprehension if the victim-wife will go and live in the matrimonial home then his father-in-law has instigated his wife to file a criminal case against the family members of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the opposite party however contends that the victim-wife has blessed with a son aged about nine years old.

However, the modification application has been filed with mere suspicion. Hence, I do not find any merit in this application. As a result, the modification application is dismissed. m.p.
