JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Matihani P.S. Case No. 01 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner had earlier approached this Court for grant of regular bail, which was rejected by an order dated 28.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10257 of 2020. He has renewed his prayer for regular bail by making this application. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2020. Allegedly, from a Hyundai Verna car 79.185 liters of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioner was found

Considering the period during which the petitioner has remained in custody and the nature of accusation, this application is allowed.
