The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol, two live cartridges and one empty cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 28.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23761 of 2015 (3) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015.
