The matter has been placed before this Court under the heading 'For Orders' with the defects pointed by the Stamp Reporter. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that no purpose is going to be served by keeping this application pending as the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application and it has accordingly become infructuous.
