It appears that petitioner is in jail custody since 20.5.2013 and charge against him was framed on 10.9.2013. The learned Addl. Sessions Judge has rejected prayer for bail of the petitioner only on the ground that two prosecution witnesses were not cross-examined by the defence and later on, a recall petition was filed. Petitioner is said to have been caught with one country made katta and three live cartridges.

Para 3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
