Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Fatehpur, District-Gaya to take final decision in the pending Encroachment Case No. 7/2016-17 at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter take steps for removal of the encroachment, if any, on the public land.
