Petitioner is accused in connection with Ara(T) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol, one old pistol along with one life cartridge kept in the bag from the room of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the alleged articles have not been seized from the conscious possession of this petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.02.2015.

No.23193 of 2015 (3) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
