It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of order dated 24.04.2018 passed in M.J.C. No. 2785 of 2016, the Appellate Authority has passed order in the case of the petitioner. It is, thus, submitted that in view of the fact that the Appellate Authority has taken a

Patna High Court MJC No.3915 of 2018(4) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 decision in the case of the petitioner, no further case of contempt is made out. He thus, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this application and pursue any other alternative remedy available to him, if his grievances are not redressed in future.

Liberty so prayed for is granted.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
