2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has got service as a Panchayat Teacher on the basis of the forged certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has been terminated form her service. He submits that the petitioner has worked for a decade and without conducting the fair and impartial inquiry such an action has been taken against the petitioner. He further

5. Learned APP for the State opposes for prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that petitioner has been terminated from the service, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.303/2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
