JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner happens to be father of co-accused Bohla Rai against whom there is allegation that he having entered into the house of informant made attempt to outrage the modesty of informant's daughter. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that when the informant went to the house of the petitioner to make complaint, petitioner abused him calling his caste name.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. case No. 06 of 2016.
