2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 336, 188, 353 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence it is alleged that all the accused persons including this petitioner and 20 unknown persons abused and assaulted the police party.

4. It is submitted that this petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation on the confessional statement co-accused persons. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. case no 101 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
