The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 346, 365, 376, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Immoral Trafficking Act.
As per allegation in the FIR, on getting secret information about flesh trade, police officials proceeded towards railway line in front of Mahamaya Colony, Rambagh. During search of a house, two girls were recovered from a room. The recovered girls stated that they are made hostage since five days and were compelled for wrong work and one of the girls said that they are said that a job in beauty parlor will be provided to them. Several objectionable items and mobiles were recovered

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is a married lady with two children. No persons except the husband and dever of the petitioner were found present at the time of raid in house. Both the recovered girls belong to the native village of the petitioner and petitioner had called them for providing job in beauty parlor but allegedly they are forced to work of prostitution. Both the victim girls had ample opportunity to raise alarm but they not chosen to raise alarm and petitioner has been made escape goat in the present case. Similarly situated other accused person has already been enlarged on bail by another coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.5.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29070 of 2023. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 7.2.2023. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties
